WebNov 27, 2016 · The "blocky"-ness is caused by the sound halting to 0 on the dime whenever there is a note cut. I would try replacing the note cuts with Axx effects at a faster setting (A09 or so), to have the sound fade out more gradually between notes, which should help to make the transitions sound more natural.
