This is due to new legislation and regulations from the EU and is based on the EU Customs Data Model for digital customs declarations. WebThe DMS is designed to manage trade transactions and monitor compliance with legal requirements for goods placed under customs procedures. At the same time, it allows an optimal balance between the need for customs control and the goals of facilitating trade and reducing administrative burden.
